Wooden and Metal materials and Display Hooks are our primary production inventory, which we carry out in a closed area of 6500 m² in our Kartepe factory. Our factory has a broad, diversified production machinery line for processing these materials and a fully automatic electrostatic paint unit that precisely prepared the highest paint quality.

Technical Drawing
The primary purpose of the Demir Raf & Stand is to produce display units that exactly fit the product exhibition requirements. The primary step to accomplish this is to fully understand the customer's request and blend it with our own experience. The technical drawing is the first stage of production, and it should be the final state that the unit takes on paper before to be produced. -
Mockup
In our production line, the design's suitability is first investigated for the mockup and examined theoretically and approved. Mockup production is essential for our production line because it enables us to notice the problems that may occur in mass production or the changes that will increase profitability. -
Production
After the mockup is approved, our machinery park starts production. Our wood and metal processing machines can realize the production of all kinds of wooden, metal, and multi-material stands with high quality. -
Paint
Making a technically flawless product is not enough by itself, even if it is an essential step in the production phase. The resulting product must also be visually flawless. The painting stage can define as the products' final touch. That is why it is vital, so Demir Raf & Stand can perform for this stage in a fully automated electrostatic powder coating facility, which is 140 meters long. -

Packaging
